Session packages, buy online
Go to our booking site and click Buy a Package. Current options and pricing are always shown there, so it is the most reliable place to check what is available.
Cold plunge monthly, ask us at the clinic
Unlimited monthly plunge memberships are set up at the clinic rather than online. Ask at the front desk or call (613) 383-2234 and we will get you signed up. There are two options, with or without towel service.
Using a package
Book your session as you normally would. The package is applied to your account, so the visit draws down from it instead of being charged separately.
Not sure which one suits you?
Ask us. If you are coming in weekly, a package usually works out better than paying per visit, but we would rather point you at the right one than the biggest one.
