Nobility Performance is Ottawa’s premier human optimization centre, a multidisciplinary team of chiropractors, massage therapists, a registered dietitian and recovery specialists working under one roof in Stittsville. We built this clinic around a simple idea: people perform better when their care team works together.
You will treat motivated, engaged clients, from athletes, military and first responders through to weekend warriors and active families, with the time and the tools to actually get them better.
We currently have more demand for physiotherapy than we can handle, so you would be building on a waiting list rather than starting from nothing.
Compensation
What the Split Looks Like
A flat split from your first day. There are no billing thresholds or tiers to work through first.
70%
of everything you bill.
Why Here
What Makes This Different
A caseload already waiting
Physiotherapy is booked four to six weeks out right now. You would also have internal referrals coming from our chiropractic and massage teams.
60 minutes to assess, 30 to treat
Lower patient volume, with the time to do a thorough assessment and actually treat, rather than running a conveyor belt.
The admin is handled
Online booking and full admin support from our patient services coordinators, so you can focus on treating.
Equipment you will actually use
Modern, fully equipped treatment rooms, with shockwave, cold immersion and the Prism Light Pod on site.
Mentorship, if you want it
Clinical mentorship across general musculoskeletal and athletic populations. New graduates are welcome here.
Your own schedule
A flexible schedule you control, full-time or part-time, shaped around how you want to practise.
An ego-free team
Come for the services, stay for the community. Chiropractors, massage therapists and a dietitian on the same patients, in the same conversation.
Ties to the teams around us
Local rugby, hockey, weightlifting and CrossFit programs, and first responders.
A real conversation first
Every application gets read. We will reach out to arrange a conversation and a tour of the clinic.
People perform better when their care team works together. That goes for the team, too.
The Work
What Your Week Looks Like
- One-on-one assessment and treatment visits with clients who want to be there.
- Sixty minute assessments and thirty minute follow-ups, so you have time to actually treat.
- Building individualised treatment and rehab plans, from acute injury through return to sport.
- Collaborating with our chiropractors, massage therapists and dietitian on shared clients.
- Using shockwave therapy, cold immersion and the Prism Light Pod where they support your plan of care.
- Shaping your own schedule and caseload as your practice grows.

Requirements
Who You Are
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. New graduates welcome.
- Comfortable with manual therapy, and with active, movement-based rehab. Experience with athletes or tactical populations is an asset.
- Trained in, or keen to learn, dry needling and shockwave therapy.
- Someone who genuinely cares about outcomes and enjoys being part of a team.
This is an independent contractor position with a split-based structure. You keep control of your practice while we bring you clients, space, equipment and support. We are committed to an inclusive, empowering environment where new graduates can grow into confident, successful practitioners.
