“The hardest part is getting in. The best part is how you feel after.”

The Ritual
How to Plunge
It’s simpler than it looks. Three steps, a few minutes, and you’re done — stepping out recharged, looser, and clearer than when you walked in.
Step In
Ease into the cold, a few slow breaths as you settle.
Hold & Breathe
Stay 2–3 minutes. Control your breathing and let your body adapt.
Warm & Recover
Step out, warm up naturally, and ride the post-plunge high.
“Three minutes in the cold, and the whole day feels different.”

How long do I stay in the plunge?
A few minutes is plenty. 2–3 minutes is typical, but even 30–60 seconds has benefits — work up to it at your own pace.
What do I wear?
Swimwear. Towels are available (or bring your own).
How often should I plunge?
Most people go 2–4x/week, but even once a week makes a difference.
Do I need to be an athlete?
Not at all. If you move, train, work hard, or just want to feel better, the plunge is for you.
Is it safe?
Yes for most people. If you’re pregnant or have a heart condition or other medical concern, check with your provider first.
Can I combine it with red light and compression?
Yes — the Nobility Day Pass gets you all three recovery modalities in one visit for $55.
