We are hiring a registered physiotherapist, or an upcoming 2026 graduate, at our Stittsville clinic. Full-time or part-time, a 60 to 70 percent split, and more demand than we can currently meet.

Nobility Performance is Ottawa’s premier human optimization centre, a multidisciplinary team of chiropractors, massage therapists, a registered dietitian and recovery specialists working under one roof in Stittsville. We built this clinic around a simple idea: people perform better when their care team works together.
You will treat motivated, engaged clients, from athletes, military and first responders through to weekend warriors and active families, with the time and the tools to actually get them better.
We currently have more demand for physiotherapy than we can handle, so you would be building on a waiting list rather than starting from nothing.
Compensation
What the Split Looks Like
Ours is a percentage split that grows as your billings do. The steps up are set to be very achievable, and we would rather you hit them. Someone who is busy and earning well is what we are building toward.

Each step is a full shift. When you move up, the new rate applies to everything you bill in that period, not just the portion above the threshold.
Exact thresholds are agreed with you before you start, so you know what you are working toward on day one.

The Work
What Your Week Looks Like
- One-on-one assessment and treatment visits with clients who want to be there.
- Sixty minute assessments and thirty minute follow-ups, so you have time to actually treat.
- Building individualised treatment and rehab plans, from acute injury through return to sport.
- Collaborating with our chiropractors, massage therapists and dietitian on shared clients.
- Using shockwave therapy, cold immersion and the Prism Light Pod where they support your plan of care.
- Shaping your own schedule and caseload as your practice grows.
Requirements
Who You Are
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, or graduating in 2026.
- Comfortable with active, movement-based rehab. Experience with athletes or tactical populations is an asset.
- Trained in, or keen to learn, dry needling and shockwave therapy.
- Someone who genuinely cares about outcomes and enjoys being part of a team.
This is an independent contractor position with a split-based structure. You keep control of your practice while we bring you clients, space, equipment and support. We are committed to an inclusive, empowering environment where new graduates can grow into confident, successful practitioners.
