Scroll down until you see “Add a Wait List Request” and click on it.
From the next screen, select which patient you’re looking to get on the waitlist, which type of practitioner or specific practitioner you’d like to get on the waitlist for, and the type of treatment
(TIP: For massage appointments, selecting the shortest treatment time will notify you when ANY massage opens up).
Below this, you can edit date and time range you’re available for, along with the days of the week you’re available. Being more specific will mean you only get notifications for appointments that are relevant to you.
Further down you can add a note regarding the reason for your visit, and select your notification preferences.
Unless you’re on your email frequently, we strongly suggest ticking the box for SMS (text) notifications so that you get them in a timely manner.
Click “Continue” to submit your waitlist request
